LOCATION:         Ridgecrest Baptist Church - Please come in through the Welcome Center

***If you are willing to be a tester or helper and you have not volunteered yet, please contact Roxie Hobson or Cindy Smith (see numbers above) NO LATER than                         , to volunteer. To be a tester you must have a four-year degree and schedule a time to watch a video.***

BRING WITH YOU, ON TUESDAY:
$5 per testing student (cash only please) ***UNLESS*** you are a tester or helper. The fee will be waived for the children of all testers and helpers.
If your student does not know his birth date and address by heart, please write those things on  something for him to bring with him to give to his tester.

BRING WITH YOU, ON TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, AND THURSDAY (students should plan to attend all three days):
·    2 sharpened #2 pencils
·    Snack
·    A book for your student to read while waiting for others to finish a test
·    A sweater or jacket

Parents, please make sure you come inside with your students on Tuesday morning to sign a required authorization form and to receive a handout with further instructions for the rest of the week regarding pick-up times and procedures, etc.
